precaution, considering the risks and a beginning mosaïc mildew,
we treat
very speedly the cabernet-sauvignon with 700 G of copper
metal/ha, in form
hydroxide.
The
following day, Thursday September 19, violate storm: 115 mm in 1 hour.
All the ditches and brooks overflow. Certain pieces are covered by 30 cm of water,
but the bunches are not touched. Only one solution: to wait until the softened
grounds drain to be able to pass with the machine to gather the grapes. Five days

Carignan,
with enormous grains, because the rain, give an average degree of 11°78
.
One
can finally attack cabernet-sauvignon, collected in special vintage and
