After the first ploughing, as of stage 4 to 5 spread out sheets, it is necessary to protect the young vine shoots against mildew and oïdium by a treatment containing copper and sulphur.
This treatment will be to renew according to the growth, every 15 to 20 days, or less than that according to the pressure of the attacks, or after a rain of more than 20 mm, because of scrubbing.
How we use only simple products, without product of synthesis and even less the systemic one, and that we plow, there is sometimes some concern to be made between two treatments if time threatens or if one cannot return on the grounds after a strong rain!

They are there only for the maintenance of the grounds, because we have not possibility of irrigating and thus the outputs are strongly feel .This year, we also registered the grounds with cereals in organic farming, but this first durum wheat test was not very favorable, because manures are inevitably organic and they do not have effects so fast a conventional manure. We put a manure Germiflor bio-9-1-0.5, but its a little late application was not followed of effect for lack of rain.

To make as soon as possible if the atmospheric conditions allow it and if there is no a risk of frost. So it needs for having type of vines with different débourrements: grenache early, carignan, syrah, merlot, then cabernet-sauvignon.

It is based on the observation of the plants, in the globality of their terrestrial and cosmic environment;
