Co-operator 100% at Vendargues-34740,
certified co-operative bio, our production is out of Local wine: VDP
Oc, VDP Bérange, red and rosy, type of vine Wine and Wine of table
(VDT).
We are waiting for a possible CTE (contrat territorial d'exploitation), now called CAD (contrat agriculture durable) or Agro Measurements Environmental MAE.
In spite of the fact that we
have respected for two years the Organic Farming,
the estate was only in its first year of conversion in 2002
to gain new markets and a total traceability.
We plan to evolve, maybe not
to biodynamy, but at least
to what one can call "viticultural homeopathy".
We are controlled by ECOCERT.

We
leave no stone unturned to support
a mode of culture which lets
express the best of our soil.
(It
should be noted that these two pieces were invaded this year by acarina....

We registerated our brand at the INPI (patent rights): our wines will be
presented with the label showed here. This label was designed more than
a hundred years ago, at the beginning
of
the twentieth century.
